Through the giving of our members, Lifepath is able to partner with various individuals involved in full or part-time ministry. Some of our missions partners have given us permission to post their photographs, biographical information and provide prayer requests; they are shown below. Others are serving in ministry in areas where their safety could be compromised. We will update this page with information as it comes available. If you would like to send letters of encouragement to any of our partners, please contact the Church Office for their postal or email addresses
Along with other missionaries, this young missionary works with students on several different college campuses, meeting them, building relationships and then sharing Christ. Discipleship of students who are already believers, helping them study the Bible and coaching them to share their faith are also a large part of what this person does. The Lord has given this person a heart for the people in East Asia to know Him and a vision to see the country reached and changed.
FALL UPDATE:
The semester is well underway and Fall is already here. I have been loving the cooler, but not yet frigid, weather and the blue skies that fall brings. I have been back in East Asia about seven weeks and it has truly been a wild ride of the unexpected. I have started my new role as associate team leader and, therefore, have been helping give direction to the team, as well as training the new girls on the team, and coaching our student leaders as they take ownership of our ministry here.
I have also had the privilege and the blessing to follow up with the students that our American friends met while here this summer on a short-term mission trip. There were eleven students who indicated a decision to trust in Christ! I have been connecting these students to students already in our ministry so that they can begin to attend a church. It has been so encouraging and refreshing to spend time with these young students and to help them understand what it means to have a relationship with God.
One of these stuents, Pony, was approached by a cult a couple of months ago. They stopped her on the street and asked her if she had an interest in the Bible; she said yes and then stayed and talked with them for two hours. At first she had been excited to meet another Christian; she then became fearful of them. They urged her to come with them and be baptized. She refused to go that night, but said she would meet them the next day. The following day as she listened to the strange things they told her, such as don't go to church and Jesus has already come back as a Korean man, she realized they were a cult and cut off contact with them. Pony had no Bible and very little knowledge of the Scriptures and the Christian faith, but the Lord protected her and showed her truth. Praise the Lord!
Please pray for Pony and the other new believers that came to know the Lord this summer; pray that the Lord would be growing their faith. Please pray that I will deepen my dependence on the Lord. Please pray for the hundreds of freshmen that the team has met; pray that many would come to know the Lord. Please pray for Chi, a senior in my Bible study, who is currently considering full-time ministry in Central Asia after graduation.

The Jones family works among an unreached Muslim people group in South Asia. They share Christ daily with Muslims who will probably never hear the Gospel from any other person in their lifetimes. God is doing miraculous work there and leading many to himself.
This missionary is seconded to a Christian human rights organization in the Middle East. This person coordinates and assists ministry leaders, converts and International organizations. The work includes investigating stories of persecution, monitoring discriminatory laws and public policy.

Along with many others, Lifepath members Egwu and Ego travel to Afikpo, Nigeria to help provide surgeries and medical care to between 3,000 and 5,000 people who would otherwise go without proper care. The town of Afikpo was devastated and impoverished by war in the late sixties. The people there are poor and have very little influence on the state or federal government.

InnerFaith Prison Ministry leads several Bible studies in various prisons and works with volunteers from over 500 different churches to directly impact prisoners by evangelizing the lost, discipling those who come to Christ, and ministering to the whole person.

Chris and Margaret have returned to The University of Texas at Austin to team up with their old staff friends, Dave and Laura Panto. Chris is the Campus Director and leads the overall campus work while Dave functions as Staff Trainer. Both of them have a huge heart to reach the lost at UT and are focusing the ministry primarily around this goal. Jesus came to seek and save that which was lost and the Segrests feel God is leading them to be about this same mission. Read more...

Bruce and Meagan work with students at The University of Texas at Austin through one-on-one discipleship and small group Bible studies. Their desire is to help the students to grow into relationship with the person of Jesus Christ, and to equip them to live a lifestyle of following Jesus and helping others to do the same.
Please pray for our new baby, Madeleine Elise Walker, who arrived on Aug. 31! Please pray for her health, for Meagan’s health, for us as parents, and anything else you think to add in there. The continued success in our 'Fall Launch.' Please pray for decisions for Christ this year and for lives to be transformed. Please pray that the students would spur each other on in their walks with Christ. Pray also for our student leaders who are on the lookout for who the Lord might lead them to disciple this year. They are looking for freshmen who are F.A.T. (faithful, available and teachable). Pray also for our nine Bible studies and the campus as a whole.
Please pray for the three new sisters; pray that their faith would be growing and that they would be willing to meet back up and continue studying when they return to school. Please pray for our new team as we have experienced a lot of turnover in our team; pray that we would quickly be bonded and united in one purpose. Please pray for the thousands of incoming freshman and that our team and the students in our ministry would have opportunities to meet and share the love of Christ with them. Please pray for me as I step into my new role; pray that my confidence would be in the Lord and that I would be walking closely with him.
