Regular Schedule: Monday & Wednesday, 10 am to 4:20 pm; Tuesday & Thursday, 10 am to 3:50 pm; Sunday mornings

Vinessa leads all programming for children ages birth through 5th grade. She also develops our strategy for discipleship among families.

Vinessa and her husband, Jim, have four daughters, Jamie, Grace, Reagan and Avery.

 

Children's Council

Formed under the authority of the Session, the members of this group oversee planning, vision-casting, organization and development of the children's and family ministries. Members are selected by the Elder and Director of Children's Ministry to serve a two-year term and are then approved by Session.

Isabella Garcia, Abbie Helmore, Scott Irwin (Elder), Lisa Kitzmann, Dave & Marcy Knox, Nicola Roberts, Kim Sauer, Vinessa Seloover (Children & Family Ministry Director) and David Swearengin, Jr.

The purpose of our children and family ministry is to provide a nurturing environment and practical plan which introduces children and their families to Jesus Christ and offers opportunities to strengthen that relationship through worship, prayer, discipleship and service.

Sunday Morning Children's Ministry Schedule  

9:00 am

Childcare is provided for children from birth through preschool. Older children attend our traditional worship service with their parents.

10:00 am

Kid's Konnection Groups for children in preschool through 5th grade. Our Kid's Konnection Groups aim to give children an opportunity to study God's word, apply it to their lives and connect with Christian peers.

11:09 am

Elements is  a worship service designed to help kids experience a REALationship with Jesus!
