What Do I Need?

Daily devotions and Small Group lessons are contained in the same workbook. You'll need one in order to fully benefit from the study. Two ordering options are available:

  1. Make your $10 check payable to Lifepath Church, note "40 Days Book" in the memo line and place it in the Offering on Sunday morning
  2. Click the image below and use your debit card or electronic $11 check to order online via our secure donations page (additional cost covers the fee for online payments)

Workbooks will be distributed at Watkins Middle School on Sunday, February 19 and February 26.

What is 40 Days In The Word?

It's a six week spiritual growth campaign written by Rick Warren, who wrote The Purpose Driven Life. As a church family, we will be studying this material together beginning on February 26. We have three goals: 

Learn the Word of God
Love the Word of God
Live out the Word of God

The components of the campaign are:

  1. Individual participation - Every day, each person is encouraged to participate in a devotional time with a session in the workbook and a daily video and/or email
  2. Group Participation - Small groups will engage in the interactive curriculum which includes a Bible study taught by Rick Warren (by video), followed by a guided discussion time
  3. Sunday Worship - Through special sermons Pastor Elliott and Pastor Greg will preach about what you have been learning about all week
